How do I fix my mx350 electric dirt bike?

I bought a razor mx350 electric dirt bike that has been stripped to the motor and batteries and that's it do I need to install a controller or something and before any one tells me this is a price of shit or any stupid awnser like thAt I bought it for 20$ so I don't care if it just gets thrown away
