electric bike conversion kits?

hi gurus,
Does anyone have any recommendations on a reputable company that sells electric bike conversion kits? I've seen various companies on the web (amped bikes, go-hub, clean republic) but have no idea who is good vs. bad. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Basically what's in the question just wondering if there are any electric bike conversion kits that will partially recharge while you pedal. Kind of like a hybrid; and if you guys have any could you point me to them?

that would be about .001% efficient

if you are going to pedal, why not let THAT run the bike
instead of pushing a generator, letting that charge a battery, letting the battery run a motor
all of which have losses

just charge from the wall for about 1 cent a day

there is no need to 'charge' from pedaling
