Will the large countries (China, U.S., Russia) all fight each other with nuclear weapons to drill the last drops of oil? Or will our dependence on oil have diminished enough for it to not matter?

It takes oil to fight a war. More than likely oil will be so expensive that people will abandon their cars before a war can happen. Oil will be reserved for the rich and governments. Chinese will ride their bicycles again and Americans will get back on horses or electric cars.

Trust me, we will know it is coming because, gas prices will rocket up from the current $3.80 to $30.80 and then to $308 a gallon. I process will take many years. By that time, we may be able to find a mini- nuclear reactor at Wal-mart for a few thousand dollars.

In Texas do you have to have a license to drive a gas powered scooter?

I will be going to school at Stephen F. Austin next year and was wondering if I need a license to drive a gas powered scooter(like a vespa) on campus. I know they're allowed on the campus but I don't know if I have to have a license for one.

License and helmet in Texas. The alternative is electric bicycles pedal assist machine like the Schwinn Campus, and World. My commuter bicycle is the Schwinn Continental 30 volt battery pack really great to silently ride around. On the bike paths it embarrasses many high performance riders. Vespas Are not cheep any more and the two stroke motors are dirty running at least you still get some exercise with a bike.
