best electric dirt bike image

I am 14 years old and I want an electric dirt bike to ride around my neighborhood or the woods. In Ohio where I live, I can`t find any place that sells them, or online besides Zero but they are way too expensive and little big for me. I don`t want a little kid one that is tiny, I want a good one my size. I am 5'5" and looking for something like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scasEb2D4DI
I don`t think I am able to build one either because I have no experience in building electric dirt bikes neither do I have the money to do so. I do not want a gas powered dirt bike because it would require a licence plate, gasoline, and i cant ride it on side walks :/ plus it`s a little loud too.
10pts for best answer! Thanks!

you dont need a license to ride a off road dirt bike. You just need the off road registration in order to ride on public lands that allow these bikes. Otherwise you can ride all you want on private property. Also an electric one will be a hassle how are you going to charge it when you are away from home in the woods or out and about?

I agree with Yamaha pw50. That's what both of my kids learned on. It is shaft drive, so no chain to get caught in, no shifting or clutch, and the kill switch has a "start" position which will only let it idle until you switch it to "run", which prevents accidental take-offs. They are extremely reliable too.
