Yes, there are a few different brands. While Yahoo Shopping Australia and NZ didn't have many leads, I was able to find the motor kits, and the bicycles by doing a search: AUSTRALIAN ELECTRIC BICYCLES.

I would contact a few dealers directly because it wasn't clear, on the models I saw, whether the battery recharges while peddling. Usually, the generator is small and only powers the lights.
