I've got a mini electric motorbike but the battery runs out quick .....
How do I recharge it at the same time as I ride it ! , with the wheels or any ideas!...

Without costing more than the price of your motorbike, you can't.
Just replace the battery.
Or wait until you are of riding/driving age and buy a proper motorcycle.
