I got an X1 Ninja 49cc pocket bike and my brother got a Giovanni pocket bike. Mine fit great and was big enough to be comfortable and not feel like you're riding a rollerskate, but had poor acceleration because of the clutch. His, on the other hand, had great speed, but was so tiny that the smallest bump made the name "krotch rocket" live up to its potential. Ended up buying my brothers, and with some modifications put the racing motor in mine.
BEST pocket bike ever. Worked well even offroad, and went about 45 tops. If you are looking for the bike like the one I made, you need to be good at modifying things. If not, and you want the fastest, most powerful, the 110cc pocket bikes are FAST, up to 75mph.
I would choose the ninja X series (x1, x2, x7, ect(the one that looks like an actual street bike)) style pocket bikes and simply upgrade the clutch. Not that hard to do, and would leave you with a sturdy, fast, strong bike.

Should i buy an electric bike?

Well this weekend I am going to look an electric bike. I have a obsessive personality like if i want something i won't give up until i have it or lose interest I mean i will literally thing about something I want it is unhealthy really, But anyways it will cost me $200.00 if i buy it its a converted bike so what are the pros and cons of an electric bike and how do i protect it from getting stolen If i do buy it?

Answer
$200? For an electric assist bicycle? Too cheap to be any good. Electric assist bicycles from Trek START at $2,299.99 - http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/collections/electric_assist/models/ Battery replacement is sky high too.

Pros: None

Cons: You become fat & lazy. The charge in the battery may run low or out in the wrong place at the wrong time. Then YOU are stuck pedaling a very heavy bicycle home. High initial cost. High cost to replace battery.

Protection: Same as any other bicycle...a good U-Bolt lock used in conjunction with a thick cable or chain. http://bigshark.com/how-to/locking-your-bicycle-pg263.htm
